Shipping & Returns
I ship out all products within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. I use USPS as my carrier and whenever possible I ship Priority Mail. There are some instances that, in order to control costs, I may have to ship USPS Ground. All products shipped, are tracked and insured.
I am a long time hobbyist and understand the importance of packing these One Of A Kind (OOAK) pieces very carefully. Rest assured that every piece that leaves here is packed with the same care I would expect to receive my models in.

Your satisfaction with your piece of OOAK Begin Again art is very important to me so you have 7 days to decide if your new acquisition fits in well with your herd, show string or display shelf!
If the piece just doesn't suit you, you need to obtain a Return number from me. Items returned without a Return number cannot be accepted. To receive a Return number and initiate a return send an email to email@example.com with your contact information, order number, item number you wish to return, reason for the return, and images of any damage or defect (if applicable). You have 7 days to initiate a return of your Custom Piece. Refunds are limited to the price paid for merchandise only, not including shipping and handling fees, and will be credited to the pay method used.
This Return Offer DOES NOT apply to custom Stablemates, Original Finish, Consignment models or Remake/Body models.
On any Original Finish, Consignment, Custom Stablemates or Remake/Body models pieces, their sales are final. I describe in detail the model that will be shipped to you and so I cannot accept returns on these items unless they are damaged during shipment. In these instances only, please follow the above directions for returns and obtain a Return Number.
